The food was nice and there were a lot of dishes on the menu. I had a newly remodeled and tidy room with a microwave and a king bed. - the hotel's location was close to downtown, making it convenient to access Palm Springs' downtown area, local stores, and Starbucks. - I easily reached Spaghetteria, which was located within a close distance from the hotel, and had lunch/dinner there.

Good location
The "weekly residents" asking for cigarettes and alcohol is creepy at best and the pool needs chemicals badly

The room was huge, with a full equipment kitchen, dining table and bathroom. Worth much more than charged And the wireless was high speed.
The room was very hot when we arrived. Though once we turned on the ac, things were getting cooler...

We liked that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. Although, the fridge was not plugged in and it took quite some time for it to get cold enough to put beverages into.
The only lock on the door was the doorknob lock. No dead bolt or other security devices. Room uses a regular key to unlock, not a card reader.

Staff is friendly.
Hotel is in complete state of disrepair. This is the perfect cockroach motel. Room was not even cleaned, hair could be seen in sinks, bedding, bread crumbs on kitchen counter, leftover of coffee in coffee pot, broken glass windows in living room, etc.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Palm Springs for Christmas and I had a great experience. The first thing I liked was how easy the check-in process was. The staff member at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel welcome right away. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. There was no musty smell and the modern bathroom fixtures were a nice touch.
There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. Firstly, the towels in the room had stains and even had a hole in one of them.
